Since each mattress is handcrafted, we don't accept returns in the traditional sense.

However, our 10-Year Love Your Mattress Guarantee includes comfort adjustments and exchanges to make sure you’re happy.

  • Our returns are within 120 days of receiving it and we recommend doing a comfort exchange before returning and there is a $289 service fee
