Local deliveries are scheduled within a few days of purchase. For orders outside of San Diego County, we ship nationwide with trusted freight carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way. Please give us a call for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii (858) 289-6165.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Our 120-Day Comfort Promise
We want you to love your new mattress. If it isn't the right fit, you have 120 days from the date of delivery to start a return. We know it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, so take your time — you're covered for a full four months.
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only. We are unable to accept returns on international orders at this time.
How Returns Work: Donate, Don't Ship
Because mattresses are personal-comfort items, we can't restock or resell a returned mattress, and we'd rather it help someone in need than end up in a landfill. That's why we use a donation-based return process instead of asking you to ship your mattress back.
Here's how it works:
- Start your return through our online returns portal within 120 days of delivery.
- Donate your mattress to Sharetown.com or another donation service.
- Upload your proof of donation (donation form) in the returns portal.
With proof of donation
Once we receive your proof of donation, you'll choose one of the following, at the full purchase price:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- An exchange for a different size, model, or comfort level
- Store credit to use on a future purchase
Without proof of donation
If you're unable to provide proof of donation, you're still eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price within the 120-day window.
Many charitable organizations offer free pickup, and your donation receipt may also be tax-deductible — a win for you and your community.
What Is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on you'll see when placing your order. For a small fee at checkout, Checkout+ covers your order with premium return benefits — a fully covered, hassle-free return experience through our online portal, with no return costs or surprises if your mattress doesn't work out.
Adding Checkout+ is the easiest way to shop with total peace of mind: if you decide your mattress isn't right within the 120-day window, your return is already covered.
