Can you help me choose a mattress?
Of course! Our complimentary customized comfort mapping station uses cutting-edge technology to analyze your pressure points in just a few minutes, then gives a personalized report of your body’s unique needs. We specialize in helping people find the perfect mattress based on sleep style, body type, and comfort preferences. Whether you want soft, firm, or something in between, we’ll walk you through it.
Do you offer Free Delivery?
Yes! We offer free local delivery on all mattress purchases within the San Diego area. We also offer white-glove setup and removal of your old mattress for an additional fee.
Should I buy a mattress online?
Yes! If you’re unable to easily visit one of our showrooms, and you know what you’re looking for! Buying a mattress online can be convenient and stress-free as long as you’re matched with the right one.
You can request a call with a Mattressologist and we’ll walk through your sleep style, comfort needs, and budget to help you confidently choose the best mattress for you. Whether you visit a store or click ‘buy’ from your couch, you’ll get expert guidance.
What is your shipping policy?
Local deliveries are scheduled within a few days of purchase. For orders outside of San Diego, we ship nationwide with trusted freight carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! Every mattress comes with our 10-Year Love Your Mattress Guarantee – that’s 3,650 nights of stress-free sleep.
It covers defects and impressions beyond 1.5 inches and includes options for comfort adjustments during the first few years.
- Our warranty for latex mattress is a 25 year warranty and our non latex mattress is 10 year warranty
What is your return policy?
Since each mattress is handcrafted, we don't accept returns in the traditional sense.
However, our 10-Year Love Your Mattress Guarantee includes comfort adjustments and exchanges to make sure you’re happy.
- Our returns are within 120 days of receiving it and we recommend doing a comfort exchange before returning and there is a $289 service fee

Our mattresses are built to last at least 10 years—and many customers enjoy theirs even longer. With high-quality natural materials and solid craftsmanship, you’ll get long-term comfort and support.

You don’t need one, but many people love them. An adjustable base can help with snoring, acid reflux, circulation, and general comfort. All of our mattresses are compatible with adjustable bases.
